Welcome to the website of Angel Rodriguez Photo Studio©. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using this website or engaging our photography services.

  • Angel Rodriguez Photo Studio provides freelance photography and creative media services, including but not limited to:

    • Portrait photography

    • Event photography

    • Brand/commercial photography

    • Couple photography

    • Family photography

    All services are subject to availability and may be modified or refused at our discretion.

  • A booking is not confirmed until:

    • A signed agreement has been received (where applicable), and

    • The required deposit/payment has been made.

    Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

    Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed-upon due date. Failure to submit payment may result in:

    • Cancellation of services

    • Delayed delivery of content

    • Withholding of final files

    Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

  • Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

    We reserve the right to retain deposits for cancellations made within [48–72 hours] of the scheduled session.

    In the event of:

    • Severe weather

    • Illness

    • Equipment failure

    • Emergency circumstances

    we reserve the right to reschedule services to a mutually agreed date.

  • Clients acknowledge that photography is a creative service.

    Final image selection, editing style, composition, and artistic direction remain solely at the discretion of Angel Rodriguez Photo Studio.

    Raw/unedited files are not provided unless agreed upon separately in writing.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated before or during booking.

    Delivery times may vary depending on:

    • Project size

    • Editing requirements

    • Seasonal workload

    • Technical issues

    We are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • All photographs and creative content remain the intellectual property of Angel Rodriguez Photo Studio.

    • Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or agreed commercial use only.

    Clients may not:

    • Resell images

    • Alter images excessively

    • Apply filters or edits that distort the original work

    • Claim authorship of the content

    Commercial usage, advertising rights, publication rights, and extended licensing may require additional fees.

  • By hiring Angel Rodriguez Photo Studio, clients grant permission for selected content to be used for:

    • Portfolio purposes

    • Social media

    • Marketing materials

    • Website galleries

    • Promotional campaigns

    If a client wishes to keep content private, this must be requested in writing before the shoot date.

  • Clients are responsible for:

    • Arriving on time

    • Securing required permissions/permits

    • Ensuring safe shooting conditions

    • Communicating important creative expectations in advance

    We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if conditions become unsafe, hostile, illegal, or inappropriate.

  • While every effort is made to provide high-quality services and secure file storage, Angel Rodriguez Photo Studio shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential damages

    • Loss of profits or business opportunities

    • Technical malfunctions

    • Data loss beyond reasonable control

    • Third-party platform failures

    Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

  • All website content, including:

    • Images

    • Logos

    • Branding

    • Text

    • Graphics

    is owned by or licensed to Angel Rodriguez Photo Studio, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

    Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

  • Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
